Niche aggregators (SimpleSwap, etc.) route additionally through Mercuryo / Apple Pay where listed providers are unavailable. EU mainlandcovers the major EU markets — Stripe Link Crypto actually supports the full 27-country EU/EEA, while Klarna is limited to 13 (AT/BE/FI/FR/DE/GR/IE/IT/NL/PT/SK/ES/SE) and MoonPay specifically blocks Hungary. State-level US restrictions (HI, IL, LA, NY for some rails) and dynamic on-ramp uptime are not reflected — when a tile's upstream is down, the picker falls back to the next eligible one automatically. Sanctioned jurisdictions (IR, KP, SY, CU, plus rotating OFAC additions) are excluded from every rail.
