These terms govern your use of Peptide-Pay (the "Service"), a non-custodial payment routing platform operated by Peptide-Pay Ltd., a Bahamas IBC ("we," "us"). By integrating the Service on your website, paying a fee through our splitter, or using our API, you agree to these terms.
Peptide-Pay is a non-custodial payment router. We generate payment URLs on behalf of merchants by calling upstream services (Moonpay for fiat on-ramp, PayGate for on-chain splitting). We do not custody funds. We do not act as a bank, a money transmitter, or a virtual asset service provider. The settlement is direct from Moonpay or PayGate smart contracts to the merchant's own wallet.
To use the Service you must: (a) provide a valid Polygon wallet address under your exclusive control; (b) operate a business that is lawful in the jurisdiction where you conduct it; (c) accurately describe your products to customers and comply with applicable consumer protection laws; (d) not misrepresent yourself as Peptide-Pay or as a regulated financial institution; (e) keep your own records for tax and accounting purposes.
You may not use the Service for any activity on our prohibited list, including illegal drugs, CSAM, lethal weapons, terrorism financing, or sanctions violations. The full list is maintained on our verticals page and is incorporated into these terms by reference. We screen wallet addresses against OFAC and Chainalysis lists and may refuse to serve any wallet flagged by those systems.
Our published fee is 8% all-in for card payments and 1.5% for crypto-direct payments, computed against the gross transaction amount. Fees are taken at the moment of settlement by the PayGate splitter contract — we never invoice you separately. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice published on our pricing page; changes apply only to transactions initiated after the notice period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not hold customer funds or merchant funds at any point. We do not guarantee uptime of Moonpay, PayGate, Polygon, USDC issuer Circle, or any other upstream dependency, and we are not liable for losses arising from their downtime or policy changes. We are not a party to any sale between you and your customer; disputes about goods or services are between you and the customer (or between the customer and Moonpay for card-side disputes). We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
We may stop serving your wallet address at any time, for any reason, including policy violations, sanctions screening hits, abuse of the API, or upstream provider requests. Termination means we will no longer issue new checkout sessions against your wallet. Funds already settled to your wallet are unaffected — we have no clawback mechanism. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing our widget or API calls from your site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Nassau, Bahamas, under the rules of the Bahamas International Arbitration Centre. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us.
