Peptide-Pay ("we", "us") provides a software interface that lets merchants generate payment links and embed checkout widgets. When a customer pays via our interface, the transaction is routed to licensed third-party providers (Moonpay, Revolut, Binance, Transak, Banxa) who process the card or bank transaction. Funds settle in USDC on the Polygon blockchain directly into the merchant's self-custodied wallet. We never hold customer or merchant funds.
You are responsible for your business's legality in your jurisdiction. We do not process, host, or endorse any specific products. We do not allow use for: CSAM, terrorism financing, transactions with sanctioned entities (OFAC, EU, UK), or any activity illegal under applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
Peptide-Pay charges a flat 3% merchant fee on every transaction (2% Peptide-Pay service + 1% settlement network). No setup fee, no monthly fee, no rolling reserve. On-ramp fees charged by the card processor (typically ~4.5%) are added to the amount the customer pays at checkout and are not deducted from the merchant's settlement. Effective all-in for a card-paying customer is ~7.5% (4.5% on-ramp + 3% merchant fee); for a crypto-direct customer it is 3% flat. Merchant fees are deducted automatically from the transaction amount before USDC settlement.
All transactions are final once USDC settles on-chain. Peptide-Pay cannot reverse, refund, or freeze any payment. If you need to refund a customer, do so manually from your wallet. We never have access to your funds.
We target 99.5%+ uptime but provide no formal SLA at this time. Downtime of our proxy or the underlying payment rails will temporarily prevent new checkouts. Past payments are unaffected because they live on-chain.
Peptide-Pay is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and accept no liability for losses arising from use of the service, third-party provider failures, or loss of merchant wallet keys. Your maximum recoverable loss from us is the total fees paid to Peptide-Pay in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
