We charge one flat rate. It covers everything — card processing, fiat on-ramp, on-chain settlement, fraud handling. No setup fee. No reserve. No minimum volume. You pay only when you get paid.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA. Customer pays by card — you receive USDC on Polygon. Everything included.
Customer pays in USDC from their own wallet. No on-ramp, no card network. Lowest fee possible, but assumes your customer already holds crypto.
High-risk card processing has been stuck at 10–15% for decades. Most providers bury fees in setup costs, rolling reserves, and opaque FX markups. We publish everything.

Yes. The fee covers Moonpay's 4.5% card processing, PayGate's 1.5% splitter fee, and our 2% margin. No FX markup we hide, no sneaky tail charges.
Not today. We publish one rate and charge everyone the same, whether you do €1k or €1M/mo. If that changes, we'll publish the tier on this page.
You issue refunds from your own wallet by sending USDC back to the customer's payout address. We don't refund fees paid to Moonpay or PayGate (their policy, not ours).
Customer pays in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD. You always receive USDC on Polygon. FX is done by Moonpay at mid-market + their spread (already included in the 8%).
